1/2 pk butternut squash 2 pk egg 250 ml sweet cream 200 g gorgonzola pk ground ginger, chilli, ground black pepper, nutmeg

From flour, butter, egg, sugar and salt, make a dough. Let rest in a cool place.

Meanwhile, bake the chopped, cleaned pumpkin. About 40 min at 180 degrees. Let cool a little.

Prepare the pumpkin filling. Of everything except gorgonzola. You can also use another salty cheese, for example feta, bryndza is also suitable.

Roll out the dough through the food foil. Transfer the dough to a smaller baking tray, so that the dough comes out to the edges. Prick with a fork.
