Pumpkin cubes stewed with tomatoes.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the cleaned pumpkin (do not peel young pumpkins) into cubes
2. Arrange them in a casserole dish, top with steamed, peeled and sliced tomatoes, finely chopped parsley and crushed garlic
3. Salt and pepper everything, drizzle with oil and a few tablespoons of water and simmer under the lid on a small flame until tender
4. Serve warm or even cold.
Recommendation:
It goes well with roasted meat.
