Pumpkin gratin
Follow the recipe and make a delicious pumpkin gratin, a dish that is quite easy to make and quite delicious. We added mozzarella cheese for more flavor and make this dish creamier.
Ingredients for 4 parts:
500 g pumpkin 200 g potatoes 2 onions 120 g low-fat mozzarella 40 g grated parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and pumpkin, then cut them into small pieces, and cook them for a few minutes in boiling water. Peel and slice the onion.
Put the oil in a frying pan and sweat the onion for 2 minutes, then add the mozzarella pieces off the heat.
Mix the potatoes and pumpkin, then put half of this mixture in a gratin dish. Cover with the onion-mozzarella mixture then add the rest of the pumpkin and potatoes.
Sprinkle the pumpkin gratin with Parmesan cheese then bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 to 25 minutes.
