Pumpkin gnocchi with poppy seeds
ingredients
400 g pumpkin puree 400 g boiled potatoes 250 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk egg pk salt
For sprinkling:
pk poppy seeds pk butter pk sugar

The raw potatoes and pumpkin are about the same weight after cooking, but I cooked more of both ingredients, so I weighed the cooked ones. Mash the potatoes and pumpkin. Add the egg and flour, work into a dough. It is sticky, thinner.

Through a gnocchi strainer, drop into boiling salted water. Wait until the gnocchi float out and simmer for about 3 min more. Drain and serve. Sprinkle to taste with poppy seeds, sugar and drizzle with butter.
