Puff pastry, aubergine and tuna dessert

3 pcs tuna Calvo in olive oil 1 pcs eggplant 2 pcs large tomatoes 50 g parmesan 1 handful chives 1 tbsp mustard olive oil black pepper salt
procedure
1. Drain the tuna and set aside. Slice the aubergine and tomatoes thinly and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 170 °C for about 20 minutes, remove and set aside. Mix the tuna and mustard in a bowl. Grate the Parmesan cheese. 2. Spread the puff pastry evenly on another baking sheet and place a layer of eggplant, cheese, tomatoes and tuna on top. Repeat this step two more times and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 170 °C. aubergine and tuna dessert
