The perfect protein-packed pancakes with minimal sugar for an energy-packed breakfast or to quell sweet cravings.
1.
Place the bananas in a bowl and mash to a pulp. Ideal if you have gently overripe bananas on hand.

Add the eggs and protein stick to the bananas and mix into a batter.
3.
Fry the protein pancakes in a drop of oil on both sides until golden brown.
4.
Serve the hot pancakes with fresh fruit and fresh sauce, which we have mixed with yogurt, honey and lemon juice.
