Prešporský goulash
Another variation on goulash, this one is prepared from cubes of beef, onions, peppers, wine vinegar, tomato puree … and other ingredients, the meat is not covered with water or broth, nicely thanks to the vinegar let enough juice.

Procedure:
1. Chop the onion finely and fry in melted butter with lard
2. Add chopped cubes of beef, cumin and wine vinegar, the meat will soften faster and get a spicy taste, do not salt
3. When the meat is tender, add salt, pepper, paprika cut into strips, tomato paste, salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika and simmer for 10 minutes
5. Serve with fresh bread or dumplings.
Recommendation:
Do not add any water to the goulash or thicken it with flour or bread throughout!
