Prdelačka z kroupového prejtu or jelit

Fale prdelačka, a dark killing soup prepared from semi-finished product, i.e. horseradish or horseradish clover, water, root Vegetable Recipes, onion, garlic, lard and spices. A great alternative when you are not invited to a home-made slaughter.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean the root Vegetable Recipes, and grate into thicker noodles, peel the onion and chop finely
2. Fry the onion in melted lard directly in the pot, once it starts to turn golden, add the root Vegetable Recipes
3. Once the onions are completely golden, add the yam (or intestines stripped of their casings) and immediately pour the contents of the pot with hot water or broth (if you use water, throw in the bouillon cubes), you can also add one crushed garlic clove
4. Throw the spices into the soup (except marjoram), stir the soup occasionally and cook for 25-30 minutes, do not forget to salt it as well
5. Finally, season the soup with more garlic cloves, marjoram, salt and possibly ground black pepper, stir, but do not cook further.
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh bread as a thick lunch soup.
