step
1. Cut the meat into cubes and fry in lard. Add the chopped onion, fry and set aside. Stir in the ground paprika, pour in the stock, return to the fire, season, add garlic, salt, cumin, puree and simmer. 2. Finally, thicken with grated bread, season with marjoram and add separately cooked sausage. Stir everything together.
