A tasty and healthy appetizer of grilled zucchini
1. Wash the zucchini and cut into rounds about 0,75 cm thick. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella in the same way. 2. Prepare a mixture of oil, crushed garlic and Mediterranean herbs for rubbing on the zucchini rounds and let it stand for a while. 3. Then brush the zucchini rounds with the oil mixture and place them on the grill or briefly sear them in a frying pan. When they are done, stack the individual zucchini rounds, salted tomatoes and mozzarella on top of each other in a cake shape. To hold them together, prick them with a skewer or skewer. 4.
