Fat mixture in a jar – what more could you ask for e.g.
There are many recipes for sausages, someone makes spicy, someone more red. I want to show how we sterilize. We mix the ground meat with spices and let it sit to let the flavors combine. Press into 4-5 dl jars, leaving 2 cm free at the top.
Place 1-2 tbsp of water in the jar. Wipe the jars well dry to catch the vinegar.
Sterilize immersed in water /100 st. C/ 90 minutes. Sterilise again the next day for 1 hour. The meat is good cold, reheated, roasted into a hamburger.
