Poultry Broth with Eggs

A poultry broth prepared using a slow cooker from a poultry soup mix, Vegetable Recipes and water, served with an insert of eggs.

Ingredients:

Rule for 6 servings: 1.5 L of water 500 g poultry soup mix 200 g petrels 200 g carrots 100 g celery 100 g jahel 50 g of leek Himalayan salt celery knife

Procedure:

Place the cleaned Vegetable Recipes in the slow cooker whole. Place the poultry soup mixture on top of it. Add salt and pepper to the soup mixture. Cover with water and boil for about 8 hours, which will give the broth a stronger flavor.

Rinse and boil the oats and add them to the finished soup when serving.

The soup can be garnished with a bouquet garni on the plate.
