Potatoes with sausage
ingredients
800 g potatoes 120 g sausages 40 g flour 5 g sugar 2 dl sour cream to taste vinegar, salt, bay leaf, ground black pepper, water
procedure
Pour water over the sliced potatoes and sliced sausages, add the bay leaf, pepper, salt and cook. To the boiled potatoes, add a dressing of sour cream and flour, add sugar, vinegar to taste and boil some more. Serve with bread.
