Potatoes stuffed with bacon and garlic butter

Precooked potatoes, then halved and stuffed with garlic butter and a slice of smoked meat. Baked in the oven.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the potatoes lengthwise and lightly salt the inside
2. Mix the butter with the rubbed garlic and put a teaspoon of this mixture into each potato, rub the edges of the potatoes as well
3. Place the slices of smoked meat on top
4. Place in the oven and bake at 180 °C for about 15-20 minutes
5. Serve hot with vegetable salad or cold sauces.
Recommendation:
Try adding a piece of niva to the potatoes. Finally, sprinkle the dish with parsley or chives.
