Potatoes baked with cheese, bacon and mushrooms

Pre-cooked potatoes stuffed with a mixture of mushrooms, English bacon and egg, seasoned with pepper and salt. Topped with cheese and baked.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the potatoes in half and partially hollow out
2. In a bowl, mash the hollowed out mixture with the egg, chopped bacon and finely chopped mushrooms with a fork
3. Salt and pepper
4. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes and just before the end sprinkle with cheese
5. Leave in the oven for another 5 minutes and serve with vegetable salad.
