Playered potatoes with bryndza, topped with eggs beaten in milk, baked in the remosco until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. 1. boil the potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain them, peel them and cut them into rounds
2. Place a layer of potatoes in an oiled remosa, add salt, cover with a layer of bryndza, drizzle with oil and alternate the layers so that the potatoes are on top
3. Finally, pour beaten eggs and milk over everything and bake until golden brown
4. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped chives.
