A warm appetizer of boiled potatoes, milk, sour cream, eggs and flour.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, drain, peel and mash
2. Add the milk, cream and beaten eggs with flour to the potatoes, season with salt
3. Heat the butter or lard in a pan or baking dish and pour the mixture in
4. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 200 °C until golden brown.
Recommendation:
Either eat the hot flan with a spoon or cut it into pieces. It can also be sugared.
