2 litres water 4 dkg butter 4 dkg plain flour 3 dkg onion 30 dkg potatoes to taste marjoram, garlic, ground black pepper, dill
procedure
1. Put the chopped potatoes in salted water and boil until tender. Make a roux from the lard and flour, dilute with cold water and strain into the soup. 2. Finally, add the ground pepper, crushed marjoram, crushed garlic and chopped dill.
