procedure
1. Fry the onion chopped finely in the melted smoked bacon, add the cleaned and chopped potatoes, cover with hot water and simmer. 2. Stir in the ground red pepper, ground cumin and ground black pepper, cover with hot water, add salt and cook. 3. Cut the sausage into cubes, add to the soup and bring to the boil.
