50 ml lukewarm milk 10 g yeast 150 g potatoes cooked in the skin 120 g plain flour 20 g powdered sugar 1 pk egg 250 ml milk 1 pinch salt a little butter 300 g pear compote
step
1. Mix the yeast in the lukewarm milk and leave the sourdough to rise. Meanwhile, grate the potatoes cooked in their skins on a fine grater. Stir in the flour, salt, sugar, egg, sourdough starter and remaining milk. Mix the dough and leave it in a warm place to rise. 2. Brush a pancake pan with a little butter and cook the batter in it until the pancakes are golden. Place them on a plate, garnish with pears or serve with vanilla ice cream.
