Ground pancakes:
4 pcs potato 1 pcs egg 1 tbsp marjoram 2 cloves garlic to taste salt, ground black pepper 2 tbsp plain flour a little oil for frying

1. Wash, dry and cut the chicken into strips. Fry it in a frying pan in hot oil on all sides. Add the finely chopped onion, the sliced peppers, fry the mixture for a while and add the peeled tomatoes. Mix everything together, add the chopped spring onions and sterilised cucumber. 2. Meanwhile, prepare the potato pancakes. Grate the peeled potatoes on a fine grater, add the egg, salt, pepper, marjoram, pressed garlic and finally the flour. Mix everything together and taste. 3. Fry 4 potato pancakes in a hot frying pan with a little oil until golden brown. When cooked, serve them with the prepared meat.
