Potato Pancakes Stuffed with Niva

Pre-cooked grated potatoes seasoned with salt and pepper in the shape of patties filled with cheese. Fried in oil until golden brown.

Ingredients:

5 pcs of large unpeeled potatoes cooked until semi-soft 120-150 g niva 1 tbsp salami 1 piece oats pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Peel and coarsely grate the potatoes
