600 g potatoes 200 g semolina flour 1 pk egg 80 g butter 80 g poppy 80 g powdered sugar a little salt
step
1. Boil the potatoes and push through a sieve. Add the flour, salt, egg and make a dough. Divide the dough into loaves, roll out to the thickness of a stalk and cut into 2 cm strips, from which you cut the noodles. 2. Boil them in salted water. Drain, rinse with water, spread and sprinkle with poppy seeds mixed with sugar.
