Potato goulash without meat and sausage

Potato cubes sauteed on onion base, seasoned with paprika and cumin, covered with water.

Ingredients:

500 g of peeled raw potatoes 30 g butter 1 tsp sweet ground pepper 1 large onion cumin seeds salt water

Procedure:

1. Cut the peeled raw potatoes into cubes
2. Fry the finely chopped onion in butter until golden brown, add salt, cumin, paprika and mix well
3. Put the potatoes into the onion base, pour half of the hot water over them and simmer over low heat until the potatoes are soft, adding hot water as needed to prevent the potatoes from drying out
