Potato Goulash with Sausage

Classic of Czech cuisine, potato goulash accompanied by sausage rolls.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown in half the fat
2. Dust with paprika, fry, add cumin and pour in the broth, bring everything to a boil
3. Thicken the partially stewed potatoes with a light gravy made from fat and sifted flour and add the sliced sausage
6. Season the goulash with crushed garlic, add salt if necessary and cook the potatoes until tender, stirring occasionally.
