This recipe has been making the rounds on the internet, so I made it too, I highly recommend this delicacy.
1. Wash the potatoes in their skins, cut them into slices about 1cm thick, place them on a baking tray, cover with water and boil them until tender. The water will evaporate. 2. Make a spread with butter, grated cheese, crushed garlic, parsley, cream, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven , bake the potato slices , which we have smeared with the prepared spread and bake for about 20 minutes, then… 5. Bake until the top of the potatoes are crispy. Bon appetit.
