3 pcs medium potatoes 4 pcs egg whites 4 tbsp butter salt ground white pepper herbs ( oregano, parsley, marjoram )
Avocado puree
1 pk avocado 2 tbsp olive oil lemon juice 1 clove garlic minced white pepper

One way to use egg whites, and not in a sweet way.
1.
Wash the egg whites, pat dry, wrap in foil and bake at 180 deg. C for about 45 minutes.

After baking, peel and mash them, add egg whites, butter, salt, pepper and herbs and work into a smooth dough with a whisk.
3.
On baking paper, use a spoon to make rounds of dough.
4.
Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius. C until golden – about 7 minutes.
5.
Avocado puree.
Serve as an appetizer or as a side dish with roast chicken.
