250 g boiled potatoes 3 pcs eggs 200 g powdered sugar 1 pk vanilla sugar salt 250 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk baking powder 200 g butter 80 g poppy seeds whole

In a bowl, beat the soft butter with the sugar and progressively add the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites separately.

Into the whipped butter, beat in the cooked potatoes

and add the other ingredients with the beaten egg whites and mix
4.
Spread the batter evenly in the greased bundt pan and bake.

Bake for about 45 minutes at 170-180 °C.
