Slice the meat into noodles.

Fry onion and chopped garlic in lard.
4.
Add the puree and dilute with water.
5.
Add the meat, season with salt and pepper.

Simmer until tender.

Add bacon and coarsely grated cucumbers. Cook just briefly.
