Pork shoulder on mushrooms, bread dumpling

Simmered cubes of pork shoulder together with mushrooms and other ingredients, served with homemade bread dumplings.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 600 g pork shoulder 300 g fresh mushrooms 20 g butter 1 tbsp of lard 3 pcs of/td> larger garlic cloves 2 pcs onions smooth flour ground pepper brew cumin pepper salt For dumplings: 200 g coarse flour 200 g coarse flour 20 g of yeast 200 ml milk (according to the specificity of the flour) 2 pcs of jam 1 pcs

Simmer until soft

When the meat is soft, dust the juice with plain flour, boil, add the remaining garlic and a knob of butter

Serve best with homemade bread dumplings.

Preparation of dumplings:

Sieve the two flours into a bowl, make a well in the middle, put the yeast into it, add a pinch of sugar, add lukewarm milk and let the sourdough rise in the warmth

After the sourdough has risen, add the other ingredients including salt and make a thinner dough

Finally, add the buns, work through, let rise in a warm place

When the dough has risen, form two doughnuts, let them rest for ten minutes and then boil them for 20 minutes in salt water, turning them over after half boiling.
