Plates of pork leg stuffed with a mixture of scrambled eggs with bacon and ham wrapped in batter.

Procedure:
1. Fry the eggs in bacon with the chopped ham, salt the mixture
2. Cut the ham through the thread into larger thin slices, crack them, salt and fill with the egg mixture 3. Use toothpicks to carefully wrap the fillets as needed, then dip them in the batter made from beaten eggs mixed with milk and sifted flour
4. Slowly fry them in hot fat until light golden in colour
5. Remove the toothpicks and serve the cuttings immediately.
