Pork sauté in mustard sauce with green peppers

ingredients

300 g pork neck 1 pk onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 pk green pepper 2 tbsp mustard a little strong broth 1/2 tbsp salami to taste salt to taste ground black pepper a little oil

1.

Fry the diced onion and pressed garlic in hot oil, add the sautéed pork, you can use pork curry, or pork neck, or pork leg.

Salt and pepper the meat with ground black pepper, add two tablespoons of mustard and cover with strong broth and cook until semi-soft, then add sliced peppers if necessary during cooking, cover with water or broth.

When the meat is tender, thicken the sauce with the soy sauce which we have mixed in a little water.
