Pork roasts

Large cubes of pork belly seasoned with pepper, salted, mixed with onion and crushed garlic, baked in the oven under water.

Ingredients:

750 g of pork belly with bone 100 g onion 100 g water 15 g garlic 15 g salt /td> 1 g ground black pepper

Procedure:

1. Cut the rinsed, boneless pork belly into larger cubes
2. In a larger baking dish, cover the meat with water and cook in a preheated oven at 180 °C, stirring the meat during cooking and making sure that the onions do not burn
