Pork ribs with homemade BBQ sauce

A prescription from the USA. Meaty pork ribs cooked in water, then grilled on the grill grate, served with homemade BBQ sauce.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cook the meaty pork ribs in salted water with wild spices until semi-soft, then pull them out and let them drain thoroughly
2. Grill the ribs on a well heated grill grate until tender on all sides, brushing them with a marinade made from clarified butter, Tabasco, salt and wine vinegar
3. Serve the finished pork ribs with BBQ sauce.
Preparation of BBQ sauce:
Cut the bacon into fine cubes and the onion into “velejemno”. In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy and fry the onions, then lightly fry the tomato paste. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well, set aside and let rest and cool.
