Pork on Vegetable Recipes with mushrooms

Sprayed pork shoulder browned in lard, then braised until tender, covered with broth, along with mushrooms and Vegetable Recipes. Portions of meat served sliced, drizzled with a sauce prepared from the broth, mushrooms and Vegetable Recipes after the meat. The sauce is finally flavoured with cream.

Procedure:
1. Salt and pepper the meat well, thread half of the Vegetable Recipes through the meat and tie them with string, fry them on all sides in some of the lard
2. Soak the dried mushrooms, peel and slice the mushrooms, chop the Vegetable Recipes and onions
3. In a thick-walled pot, heat the lard, add the Vegetable Recipes, after a while the onions, when they turn brown, put in the base of the meat and dried soaked mushrooms with the broth, add the spices, pour in the broth and simmer until tender for about 1 hour
4. Remove the soft meat, mix the cream with a little plain flour and cook, stirring constantly so that no lumps form
