Pork leg on mushrooms, with homemade dumplings

Slices of pork leg sautéed in lard and stewed with fresh mushrooms and served with homemade bread dumplings.

Procedure:
1. 1. Take them out, add the rest of the lard, chopped onion, fry until dark, then return the meat to the base, sprinkle with crushed cumin and paprika
3. Finally, if necessary, thicken with plain flour mixed with water and boil for ten minutes
5. Mushroom dumpling: sift the flour into a bowl, make a well in it, where you crumble the yeast
6. Pour in three tablespoons of lukewarm milk, let the yeast rise
7. Heat the remaining milk to room temperature, add the egg and salt, stir, add to the flour and make a thinner dough
8. Finally, add the sliced bun (it will thicken the dough), mix, let rise
