300 g pork meat 2 pcs carrots 2 handfuls peas 1 pcs onion 1 tbsp flour pcs oil pcs ml.no.pepper, ml.no. paprika pcs salt 50 ml sweet cream

A tasty and quick recipe that even a complete beginner can handle 🙂
1.
Cut the onion into small pieces. Fry the onions in hot oil
2.
Slice the carrots into rounds.
3.
Add washed meat and fry on all sides.
4.
Salt, pepper, spice and cover with hot water. Simmer under a lid.
5.
When the meat is almost done, add the carrots and peas and simmer until tender.
6.
When everything is soft, pour in the cream and flour. Let it come to the boil and remove from the heat. Can be served with rice or cooked pasta. Enjoy.
