Pork chops arranged on a baking sheet, topped with onions, grated cheese and sprinkled with paprika, baked in the oven with white wine.

1. Bone the cleaned chops, trim and cut the edges
2. Salt and pepper the meat and arrange side by side on a baking tray
3. Lay the slices on the baking tray with onion rings, drizzle with butter and sprinkle with grated smoked cheese
4. Finally, sprinkle everything with red pepper
5. Dissolve the cube of masox in wine and pour the liquid over the cutlets in the baking dish
6. Cover the prepared meat with foil, seal the sides of the baking dish well, bake at a temperature of about 190 °C for about 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake the dish until tender.
Recommendation:
Serve the chops thus prepared with steamed rice.
