1 kg pork belly with skin salt ground black pepper crushed cumin 3 tbsp mustard 1 handful fresh parsley 3 slices of Orava bacon 1 pk red pepper (kapia) 2 tbsp oil 2 dl water 3 cloves garlic

Wash and dry the pork belly first.
2.
Turn the pork belly skin side up and slice it crosswise.
3.
Salt, pepper, add crushed cumin and crushed garlic.
4.
Turn the pork belly over and repeat the process.
5.
Rub with mustard and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley.
6.
Sprinkle with diced bacon and capers.
7.
Roll the pork belly and tie tightly with string.
8.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the roll on each side to coat.
9.
Transfer to a baking dish, baste with stock and prepared water.
10.
Bake sealed in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours. Then open and bake for another 30 minutes.

Serve with salad or potatoes.
