Popsicle cut

ingredients

dough

500 ml plain flour 2 pcs egg 200 ml sugar 200 ml sunflower oil 100 ml lukewarm water 1 packet baking powder

cream

1 packet vanilla pudding 500 ml whole milk 4 tbsp granulated sugar 250 g Hera 200 g caster sugar

4 pcs egg white 200 g granulated sugar

Familiar pudding cake in a slightly unconventional design.

For the batter I mix the egg yolks with sugar, then add water, progressively add oil, flour, baking powder. I beat the egg whites and carefully add them to the batter.

For the cream I cook vanilla pudding. I mix the soft butter with the icing sugar and add the cooled pudding.

For the cream I whip the 4 egg whites a little, put them over the steam and add the sugar progressively, whisking until it is a nice glossy, stiff cream. While still hot I spread on the cream!

On the cooled dough I spread first the cream, then the snow, you can also decorate with colored sugar or with chocolate.

I put it in the fridge for an hour. Enjoy:)
