Poppy tree a little differently

ingredients
200 g semi-coarse flour 130 ml lukewarm milk 1 pinch salt 20 g yeast 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 pk egg yolk 50 ml oil
Filling
250 g ground poppy 100 g crystal sugar 1 handful raisins 100 ml milk 100 g butter

Macaroon of a different shape, not a strudel.

In a little lukewarm milk with 1 tbsp sugar, knead the yeast and let the yeast rise.

Sieve the flour, add salt, egg yolk, sourdough starter, milk, oil and knead the dough, let it rise covered with a cloth for 30-40 minutes.

Filling. Pour warm milk over this mixture and stir.

Roll the risen dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, spread with poppy seed filling and roll left to centre and right to centre. Carefully transfer the rolled dough into a greased biscuit tin, brush with milk and prick with a fork. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius. C for 30 minutes.
5.
After baking, brush with butter and sprinkle with icing sugar.
