550 g plain flour 3 tbsp honey pinches salt 60 g butter 2 pcs egg pinches poppy seeds for sprinkling

In a bowl, mix the flour well, with the yeast and water. Leave the sourdough starter in a warm place to rise. Put the flour, salt, honey, beaten eggs, sourdough starter and melted butter in a large bowl and work into a dough.

Leave in a warm place to rise, divide into 6 parts, divide into parts and knit together. Brush with egg yolk and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and greased with butter. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and leave to rise. Bake at 190 ˚C.
