Poppy-plum rolls without rising

ingredients
250 g palmarin 400 g plain flour 1 tbsp vinegar 250 ml sour cream salt
Filling
plum jam ground poppy seeds Dried cranberries rum
For spreading
1 egg powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar for sprinkling

Quick rolls great with your morning coffee.

Put the dough ingredients together properly, wrap in cling film and refrigerate until the next day.

Then roll out on a floured board to a thinner thickness, no more than 2-3 mm, and cut out rectangles about 5×7 cm with a ruler, as big as you want.

Put a roller in the middle of the filling, fold it over and form rolls, put them on a baking sheet with paper.

Brush with beaten egg and put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C to bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Bake immediately sprinkle with sugar + vanilla sugar.

These rolls are like puff pastry, soft, very tasty. Great with coffee for breakfast.
