350 g semi-coarse flour 110 g powdered sugar 100 g ground poppy seeds 1 pk egg pinch of salt 250 g Hera filling jam, nutella chocolate frosting white dark various decorative candies

Crisp poppy seed pastry.

Mix all ingredients, and let the dough sit, preferably until the next day.

Then roll out and cut out with pastry cutters, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
3.
Let cool and stick with jam or Nutella. Dip in chocolate icing and decorate as you like.
