Recipe of grandmother Ljuba Skořepová from the show “Czech Republic on a plate”.

Procedure:
1. Grate the potatoes coarsely, let them stand for a while, then squeeze out the excess water
2. Pour the hot milk over the grated and squeezed potatoes
3. Add salt and stir in the beaten egg, spread the mixture in a thin layer over the entire surface of a hot baking tray, well greased with lard
4. Cover with quartered, pitted apples and quartered plums and bake in an oven preheated to 170 to 180 °C
5. When the mixture is firm and the edges are nicely browned and crispy, it is done.
