FILLING
1 litre milk 2 pcs golden cob 2 tbsp plain flour 250 g butter 200 g caster sugar

Fantastic tart with two-tone pastry, custard filling, sweet pears and chocolate.

Place all the ingredients for the pastry in a bowl and whisk together. Divide the dough into two halves and put the cocoa in one half.

Pour the white batter onto the baking sheet, spoon the brown batter into the batter and place the sliced pears on top and bake.

While the pears are baking, prepare the filling. Make a thick pudding with milk, flour and golden cobs. Cream the butter and icing sugar and combine with the cold pudding.
4.
Spread the filling over the cool baked cake and drizzle with the chocolate glaze.
