Plzeňské rozpeky, rozpíčky a muffins (dry baked and fried)

Large roasts are baked with mushroom sauce and stewed carrots, small ones with lentils or beans. I inherited the recipe from my grandmother and mother.

Procedure:
1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt and beat in the egg
2. In a saucepan, heat the milk with the Hera so that the Hera dissolves and remove from the heat source, when the milk is lukewarm, crumble in the yeast and add a pinch of sugar, let the leaven rise and then pour it into the bowl
3. Make the dough, it should be a little thinner than for dumplings, and let it rise
4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface, forming either two large round cakes or more small ones as desired, the cakes should be flat and about 3 cm high before rising
5. Transfer to a baking tray with baking paper and place in a preheated oven at 180 °C, bake until golden brown.
Recommendation:
This dough can also be used to fry muffins (see photo).
