20 g plain flour 20 g butter 1 liter water 1 tsp salt 1 pk whole cinnamon 2 pk cloves 300 g prunes 2 tbsp plain flour 250 ml milk 3 tbsp sugar
step
1. Pour over the water, mix well, season with salt, add a piece of whole cinnamon and cloves and bring to the boil. 2. Pour a little water over the well-washed plums, boil them until tender and stir them into the soup. 3. Mix the flour in the milk, pour into the soup, let it boil and sweeten. The soup is especially delicious in summer when served cold.
