Year-round use will be especially appreciated by children.
1.
Wash the plums well and dry them with towels. They must be soft and pitted.
2.
Slip the brown sugar into the saucepan with the plums just about halved.
3.
Cover and cook for about 30-45 min. The plums must be soft. The skin will peel off beautifully and run all over the pot.
4.
Now it’s the turn of the immersion blender. Attention! You need to turn it down a bit so it doesn’t get too hot and gently scrub it with the blender.
5.
Then, add the cinnamon and cardamom for flavouring and simmer until thickened.
6.
Pour into bottles. Place in the refrigerator for at least half a day for better effect and to release the flavours.

This jam will be especially appreciated by children, mine likes it very much, can’t finish it. It is natural, without gelling sugar and other chemical additives. It spreads beautifully on bread.

Good taste 🙂
