1000 g plums 250 g grapes 150 g raisins 150 g dried raisins 1 tsp grated ginger 1 pk onion 1 pk whole cinnamon 1 pk star anise 100 g brown sugar 250 ml red wine 2 pk chili pepper 1 sprig fresh thyme

chutney is a fruity spicy sauce you can make just for lunch, e.g. You can also prepare it to stock up on… 1. prepare the individual ingredients – soak the dried raisins and then rinse well under running water, wash, halve and pit the plums, halve the grapes and remove the stones, chop the onion finely, clean and finely grate the ginger, chop the chillies finely 2.
